With Luna, commercial furniture manufacturer Stylex introduces a contemporary banquette seating collection that offers complete and precise specification capabilities, right down to the last inch.
The flexible nature of Luna allows it to fully occupy and embrace the architecture of a space, be it following the contours of a wall, standing alone, arranged in private booths or more. Defined by sophisticated curves and an articulated and refined silhouette, the ergonomically supportive seating series can fill both conventional and unconventional scenarios.
Named for its half-moon shaped arm, the Luna collection (by in-house product designer and developer Anthony Land) comprises banquette segments that run from 63.5 to 152.4 centimetres; interlocking ganging brackets can be used to form one contiguous shape.
Luna’s backs sweep seamlessly from the defining arm, and offer support in heights that range from 80 (low) to 97.7 cm (high). Base options for the volumes include elevated, plinth or customizable with built-in millwork.
The intent of the versatile Luna collection is to overcome modern-day design challenges through its flexibility, agility and the opportunity to incorporate power outlets (via three-prong plug units or full hardwiring), biophilic elements like integrated planters and other convenient accessories, including wireless charging trays and solid wood side tables (in oak, walnut or opaque black wood).
A wide range of powder-coated colourways are available for the alumimum portions, as is a large portfolio of fabrics for the upholstered elements.
