OMA is looking for talented Architects/Designers to join its Rotterdam office. In this role, you will contribute to projects at every stage—from initial concept development through to execution. They are looking for candidates who can combine creativity and technical expertise with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and delivery of large-scale architectural projects, ensuring a high standard throughout all phases.
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to develop design solutions that align with the project goals.
• Contribute to the preparation of design presentations, technical drawings, models, and construction documentation.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while working in a team, and contributing to a creative and productive work environment.
• Report to Project Leaders or Associates, while interacting with Partners on key decisions and developments.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong design skills, with a focus on complex, large-scale projects.
• Ability to do research and translate conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
